Tanager is an upscale, luxury apartment complex with a prime location directly across from Downtown Summerlin. Seriously, you could throw a rock off your patio and hit DTS.
These apartments, I feel, are geared towards singles and small families -- offering only 1 bedroom/1 bath and 2 bedrooms/2 baths.
Rent is a bit high for the size of the apartments, but, you’re paying for location.
Though these are smaller spaces, they’re still quite charming. Being a completely new complex, all of the spaces are updated and sleek. They offer nine different layouts; most units come with an outdoor living space and the views from some are breathtaking!
Each apartment is configured as a Smart Home and it’s a pretty awesome feature. You can turn your lights on and off, let someone into your place, and have complete control of the climate of your place while you’re away.
They even have a pre-installed Cox modem which they’ll replace -- for free -- if it breaks!
The amenities are also pretty sweet. The pool and lounge area is very attractive and comes equipped with two grills for tenant use; they even have games such as corn hole and table-tennis. Stepping just inside the lounge area, they have foosball and a pool table.
I’m gonna say it again: this place is unbelievably close to DTS.
It’s just an 11-minute walk, 2-minute drive, or a 1-minute bicycle ride to your favorite shopping center.
