Zahler Properties is an Independent Brokerage on the West Side of Las Vegas (Sahara and Cimarron). We run our brokerage with a TEAM environment and have additional full time support staff. Geoff is a Board Member of LVR so while the company is smaller, we ensure we are up to date on all matters with the Association and remain connected.
ideal candidate
The right candidate will be working directly with our Broker and Team Lead to create an unreal experience for our clients. You will be handed clients to close. you will have lead opportunities. You will be compensated well if your efforts meet our expectations. This is not an easy gig. This is for someone with a high proficiency in sales, communication, and character. This is Real Estate after all - phones are mandatory.
WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED. This position will be FULL TIME with expectations of working on weekends when necessary.
Compensation
Compensation will be a combination of Salary and Bonuses based on closed deals, with ample upside and opportunity working with a top 1% Agent in all of Las Vegas.
Salary and Bonuses to be based on Experience with Opportunity for $100k+
