I’m a huge Malcolm Gladwell fan. So I actually recommend ALL his titles. Outliers is the most well known, and a good starting point. However, do not sleep on The Tipping Point, David and Goliath, Blink, Thinking, Fast and Slow, and others. Malcolm Gladwell on Amazon
