POSITION OFFERED:

Position: Inside Sales Agent (ISA) | Lead Concierge - LICENSED

Compensation: Referral Commission This position is solely commission-based, where you receive a referral fee for every successful deal closed with our Broker | Team Lead, leveraging a pool of over 20,000 leads that is continuously growing with fresh additions each day.

TIME REQUIREMENT: Flexibility is key with this commission-based job. You can work as little or as much as you want. It's a great option if you have another job that takes up most of your time, or if you prefer not to handle client negotiations in Real Estate or have a fear of ‘closing’.

Bonus: Achieve increased referral amounts for KPI’s hit and met on a quarterly and annual basis.

Effective Date: Ongoing

Summary Of Functions: Schedule appointments, nurture leads, follow up with clients, keep up to date on the various systems we employ. Assist in all aspects of the lead by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing the leads in our database through calling, texting, and email communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call Leads and Convert to Opportunities for Our Real Estate Agents

  • Call Expired | For Sale By Owner Opportunities

  • Learn and Implement Effective Communication Methods

  • Keep CRM System up to Date

  • Model our Mission Statement and Core Values in your daily activities

  • Convert leads to appointments

  • Following up with new and old leads per system

  • Accurately qualify potential clients + Schedule appointments for agents

  • Enter your daily productivity into tracker
