We were on a tight timeline and used Geoff as our listing agent to sell one property in the Providence area and or buyer's agent to purchase our new property in Summerlin. We were downsizing from a house with a pool to a townhouse where the HOA managed all the outdoors landscaping, etc. Our plan was to purchase a townhouse first, move in and within 30 days of closing, have our house with the pool listed and on the market.
