Geoff Zahler is a third-generation Realtor, licensed in Nevada since 2004. As a Summerlin resident and local market specialist, Geoff has deep roots in the Las Vegas real estate community — with a particular focus on Summerlin and the surrounding west valley. After building his career in both boutique and corporate brokerages, he co-founded Zahler Properties with his wife Sydney in 2013 to create a firm that prioritizes results, relationships, and agent growth. Zahler Properties is proudly headquartered in Summerlin, where Geoff and his team serve clients across the valley with high-touch, high-integrity service.

As Broker and Owner, Geoff leads from the front — consistently ranking as the highest-producing agent in the company while mentoring a growing team of 20+ agents. He’s also a national real estate coach through the Tom Ferry International organization, where he helps high-performing agents across the country refine their systems, strategies, and mindset. Whether guiding a first-time buyer or consulting on a multi-million dollar listing, Geoff is known for his sharp insight, no-nonsense approach, and unshakable commitment to doing the right thing.

Outside of work, Geoff is a proud husband and father of three. He’s a passionate home cook, hobby gardener, and lifelong sports fan — rooting for the Lakers, Dodgers, Vegas Golden Knights, and keeping up with every Formula 1 race. He also loves to travel, laugh at ridiculous internet videos, and blast 90s hip-hop any chance he gets.
