Holiday Cooking Classes in Summerlin

We are (almost) half way through November. How did that happen?

With that being said, Thanksgiving is right around the corner! The one day out of the year that you get to unbutton those pants while you feast and not feel guilty about it (or is that just me?). As much as I love Thanksgiving food, I am a terrible chef. Honestly, I need help.

This holiday season I decided to shop around for some reasonably priced cooking classes. The first place that came to mind was Sur La Table located in Downtown Summerlin. I love to window shop and often find myself in there fantasizing about my dream kitchen, but also peeping into the cooking classes.

Thankfully, Sur La Table is hosting a cooking class called “Thanksgiving Essentials” on two separate days!

The Schedule

November 14, 6:00 PM

November 16, 12:00 PM

The class is $79.00 per person. This class is meant for ages 14+ (Paying adult must accompany ages 17 & under.)

Not only do they host cooking classes, they also sell all sorts of items to fill your kitchen! I could browse this store for hours. The friendly staff also shows demonstrations on their newest cooking utensils/machines in case you want to test something out before buying it!

Sur La Table is located in Downtown Summerlin at 1980 Festival Plaza Dr #155, Las Vegas, NV 89135. Their hours are 10AM-9PM Mon-Sat and 11AM-7PM on Sundays.

After the cooking class, I am sure that I will need a few things before the big dinner! Luckily, this deal will save some money. Make sure to head in there soon before this deal expires!

If turkey and stuffing aren’t your thing, Sur La Table hosts an array of different cultural cooking classes! Check out this link to see the full schedule for the month of November! Click Here.

Even if you are not a local, this could be a fun activity to do with the family! If you happen to stop by, make sure to leave a comment and let me know what cooking class you attended! Was it a success or a hilarious disaster?

Until our next adventure,

Daphnie
