Today’s blog post is a little bit different than what we normally post! As I am sure you already know, Summerlin Insider is ran by Zahler Properties, a real estate brokerage located in Las Vegas, NV. Here and there, we like to keep you up to date with housing in the area.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Reverence, a luxury, guard-gated village within Summerlin. If you haven’t seen this community before, it is truly breathtaking. These beautiful homes are tucked away in the mountains with an immense amount of privacy.
The model I am showcasing today is apart of their Collection 1 located in Keystone which is outside of the guard gates.

Modena is their cheapest model starting at $415,880. This model features 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2 car garage. The square footage of this two story is 2,416+.
Finally, what you came here for… the walk-through! I am highlighting just a few of my favorite aspects of this model.
This open foyer is elegant and really opens up the floor plan. I am also loving the high ceilings with the additional windows for natural light.
Another highlighted area is the kitchen! The first thing that caught my attention was the window right above the sink. I love how that little touch really opens up the space. The island is perfect for entertaining and talk about cabinet space!
When walking up the stairs, the first thing you see is the inviting loft! Again, the natural light is what really sold me on this entire model. In the photo below, you can actually see the entryway. From that angle, the home feels massive!
The master bedroom is stunning and even includes a large covered patio.
I was definitely living out my Pinterest fantasies when I stepped foot into the master bath! One thing I really like is that the tub and the shower are both decently sized. Nothing worse than a nice big tub and a crammed shower!
