Perfect Homes in Summerlin

Gosh, where do I start with Affinity? I was so blown away by these luxury, attached homes. They truly are works of art.

Touring through the homes, I was constantly impressed by the use of space, quality of the build, and the views!

There are four different home styles at Affinity -- RÉVO, EVŌKE, MŌDA and SÁVU -- and all of them are unique. EVŌKE, MŌDA, and SÁVU offer single-story flats and two-story homes, whereas RÉVO is dedicated to three-story, spacious homes.

I began my tour in the stunning RÉVO homes, hit up EVŌKE, then SÁVU, and finished my adventure in MŌDA.

The open floor plans and quality features make all of these homes feel very spacious, lavish, and upscale, but are still welcoming. The model homes definitely show you how much potential these homes have.

My favorite features were the high-end appliances, lofts (RÉVO, EVŌKE, and SÁVU even have some with bars or wet bars), outdoor spaces, the walk-in closets (who doesn't love that?!), fitness center, two pools, and the breathtaking views!

There’s so much to love about Affinity.

The views! The views! The views! I can’t stress it enough! You get clear shots of the mountains and, in my opinion, you can see the most spectacular parts of the mountains: where the rocks break from bright red to white. I can't even begin to imagine how incredible the sunsets must be. In fact, I want to tour the homes again during the Golden Hour!

Now that I’ve gushed about how much I love Affinity, it’s time to talk about location.

Seriously, they could not have picked a better spot. It’s super close to Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock National Park, Red Rock Casino, tons of hiking and biking trails, golf courses, parks, the works.

Sagemont Park, estimated to be finished during 2019’s summer months, is a 9.6-acre park complete with a diverse range of sporting activities, shaded play areas, and a grassy area perfect for picnics.

In other words, if you have an active lifestyle, Affinity is where you need to be!

At Affinity, you’ll be a two-minute drive, a four-minute bike ride, or an eighteen-minute walk away from Downtown Summerlin; and, in case you didn't know, DTS has a ton of things to do, you’ll never be bored.

You basically don’t have to leave the one-square-mile around your house to have all of your needs met. Dozens of shops and restaurants, grocery stores, Dave and Busters, and even a movie theater that has a waiting service (they will literally go around during the movie and take your drink and food orders… what?!)

If you feel like having a good time, but don't feel like spending money to do so, The Lawn at Downtown Summerlin offers free events every week!

Seriously, why don't you live here yet… why don't I?!

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with Affinity in any way, this is just my humble opinion.
